Active company on Sunbiz (Florida Division of Corporations), if you operate as a company.
Claimed listing: you confirmed your contact details and accepted Valaku's provider rules.
How we keep it current. We periodically recheck licenses and registrations against the official sources. If a license expires, a sanction appears, or the company is no longer active on Sunbiz, the badge comes off.
What the badge isn't. It's not a guarantee, a certification, or a recommendation about the quality of the work, prices or insurance. It only states what we found in public records on the date shown.
The badge isn't for sale. Any provider who meets the four conditions gets it, whether or not they pay for a plan. Buying a website from us doesn't give you the badge or take it away.
