Our commitment
We design and review the site using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as our reference. It’s ongoing work: when we find a problem, we fix it.
What we did
- AA color contrast for text and buttons.
- Full keyboard navigation, with visible focus and a skip-to-content link.
- Alternative text on images and labels on every form field.
- Each page’s language (Spanish or English) marked for screen readers.
- Respect for the system’s reduced-motion setting.
- Data tables that scroll on their own on small screens.
- Automated axe checks on key pages before publishing.
Known limitations
- Many guides are only in Spanish; we’re adding English versions.
- Some links go to official external sites (for example, the State of Florida or the IRS) whose accessibility we don’t control.
- The concierge chat isn’t connected yet; meanwhile you can email or call us.
- Automated checks don’t catch every problem: if something doesn’t work for you, let us know.
How to tell us about a problem
